Welcome to the King Pediatric Clinic

As founder and owner of KPC I am committed to providing a medical environment where the physical, social and emotional needs of children are addressed with a high degree of excellence and competence. I understand that raising a child is an adventure of a lifetime, and that every parents only want what is best for their child. That is why KPC is a small clinic, this will allow me to take the time to listen to the parents concerns, get to know the child personally while providing exceptional care and services.

I am a Board certified Pediatrician and have been in practice since 1997. After working at a military community medical center for over ten years, I felt led by the Lord to pursue my life-long desire of owning and operating my own practice due to my love and dedication for medicine, but mostly to have the privilege of operating a clinic based on Christian principles and values.

King Pediatric Clinic is named to give honor to the King of Kings, and also to honor my beloved grandmother, the Late Jeannette Cooper-King who was a dedicated nurse, recipient of the prestigious Florence Nightingale's nursing award, First President and founder of the Liberian Red Cross, one of the founders of the first government hospital in Liberia and a true humanitarian.

I graduated from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. I did my Pediatrics residency at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Los Angeles, and returned home to finish my last year of residency at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. Though medical school was challenging, I was successful due to my determination, hard work, total trust and faith in my Lord, Jesus Christ. This is the same work ethics that I bring to KPC.

We provide comprehensive care from birth through college, which include health maintenance visits, school and sport physicals, treatment of chronic diseases such as Asthma, Allergies, Atopic dermatitis, and most of the acute illnesses of childhood. We also offer obesity management, abstinence education and ADHD management.

I am also involved in medical missions to third world nations. Being a part of this clinic will allow you the opportunity to join forces with me in serving those less fortunate.

I believe God wants His children healthy and enjoying abundant life. Through medical science and prayers that goal can be achieved. I look forward to partner with you in raising healthy happy kids.
